It's fun and different, I feel like I have more energy
Love the positivity towards everyone in class and the individual attention given in poses. I’ve even gotten a few brief massage touches which are to die for!
While the classes are standardized I love that each instructor adds their own style and makes you feel welcome in the environment. I feel like I'm not constricted to just what I know how to do but corepower allows me to go beyond and try new poses and test new limits.

I love how it has the calming and centering effe its of yoga, but in classes like cult, you feel like you are really getting a work out as well. I am also a huge fan on the heated classroom, because you just sweat it alll out and you feel great after!

I have always enjoyed myself at core power. The latest class I enjoyed was Hot Power Fusion. Jennifer had a perfect pace, wonderful music and allowed me to enjoy my practice on my mat.
