Awesome instructor. Why? She didn’t turn the heat up to blast furnace levels and led a challenging and smooth practice. Didn’t rush poses or throw in esoteric, half-explained add-ons nobody could o or keep up with.

The people that work in Walnut Creek genuinely care about their jobs, and do a great job
of making the experiences the best they can be.

I absolutely loved the instructor Susie who modified the cardio workout for different levels of fitness. It was my first session in years and I am “hooked”. We all enjoyed it and went hone dripping sweat. Awesome joy

Only thing is the bathroom and locker rooms could be cleaner. Often out of soaps in shower and sink area/ paper on ground in toilet.

The studio was very clean and the instructor, Lauren, was very encouraging especially with a beginner like myself.

I love the 5:30am classes because they fit my schedule perfectly. I love teacher, Vicktor!!! He brings all the challenge and spirituality that one hour can hold. He is a huge reason I keep coming back to CorePower! The location is convenient. CorePower has always been accommodating and easy to work with. I think I'm going on 5 or 6 years as a member. I love it!

I love the class and the facility - the teachers have been super awesome! My only request is that people understand or there is a sign for no talking once you enter so you can decompress before starting your workout.
