Love Laura M and Deirdre’s classes! Awesome. But during busy season there are too many people and we cannot move need to cut it off by about 3-5 people. Otherwise can’t move in sculpt class and it smells and is too hot too!!!

I love the consistency of the instructors, yet how they put their own spin on things (like with their music). I love the environment. It is calming and clean and welcoming.

Honestly, I'm scoring a 10 just because there only about 3 instructors that know my name and actually make me feel welcomed so I personally make it a point to go and those instructors are the reason I keep my membership at the end of the day instead of going elsewhere. Kristen in Walnut Creek always greets me and I just love her c2 classes... plus her playlist is always fire. It helps when they remember your name when they notice you're doing a move or stance correctly or better than usual and they point it out.

Great classes and consistency of experience.

In one class a playlist included a rap song that said the “n” word multiple times. That was inappropriate and should be removed.

i love the studio location and the yoga community. Teachers are awesome and love to take my classes at the studio. I have recommended few friends to yoga studio and will continue to do the same. i do miss it on my days when I am not able to drive up to the studio

I love the Yoga Sculpt and HPF classes offered at Walnut Creek;however, I will say the Yoga Sculpt class I took with Tiffany was too difficult to manage in a way where I was maxing-out my heart rate and capacity to complete exercises in a very negative way, but I think this could be counteracted by her making some small adjustments to her class and class format

Lauren Sanford is the best there is in the east bay! Studio is nice and spacious, heat works well. Those are the things I care about!

The front desk attendant (who I found out was also the teacher) was an absolute sweetheart. She (Kendra) was such a great help, as it was my first time at a CorePowerYoga, and she went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. She also taught the most BADASS class. I love vinyasa classes, but I've found those types of classes at other studios to be too tame for my taste. Not Kendra's class. It was a challenge, but one that I relished. Kendra was so supportive as an instructor and provided excellent guidance and encouragement, and it made the class and experience that much better.

It’s just the best place. Everyone is so nice and helpful. And they’re great instructors. I love that ace!!!

Madeline was so warm and welcoming. She had a great message and the end of the session. Felt like it was more than a yoga class but also a great start to my day with her wisdom!
