Great instructors #1, Sculpt is my favorite class.
I love the teachers and the sense community that is cultivated at CorePower Walnut Creek. The teachers are well trained and make the class both interactive and fun. I also love the selection of yoga gear they have available in the studio. There is always an amazing selection of, gym clothes, mats and yoga towels.
I love Laura Ma’s sculpt class. Deirdre’s class is good too!
Just as a company I think you
nees to be careful. We have a person who clearly as a massive eating disorder in our Saturday classes and it is downright scary she’s doing an intense sculpt. She looks like a skeleton!!!
