I had a male barber for the first time. I like the haircut I got. I wasn't very happy getting there. Getting your haircut with scissors is my favorite way. but letting the comb right across the back of my ear does not feel good at all. And I told him. When you're getting the VIP treatment. to me, this is a very pleasurable experience. I like and enjoy it. The Barber should ask you if The water is too hot or too cold. They usually massage your temples. Do a really good job. Washing. Your hair he should ask if you want a second hot or cold towel. All in all I received a good haircut

Signed in online Friday at 1:50 . said i had a 60 min wait . Got to sport clips about 15 minutes early to be told i was not signed in. I showed my phone and she said i did not pick a stylist and I pointed out at her where I picked Adalina and then she said i did not swipe of the app to get in the line up. she tried it herself and nothing happened. She then told me I should have called in. she then entered me in the line up and I had me in to sit and wait over an hour to get my haircut. I feel the girl handled this did me wrong. This is the second time this has happened to me at this facility.
I finally got a haircut 3:30 From now on I will not use the App and call in.
a complimentary haircut would be nice. If it wasn't for the fact I needed a haircut for Valentine day for a dinner party I would have walked out. I have been using this Sport Clips for about 6 years
