I have used your service multiple times. I've always felt confident in the person cutting my hair - until this last time. Mike was the "first available". He was extremely "gingerly" and seemed uneasy - lacking in confidence. The result was the worst looking cut I've received there. I'm assuming he is very new. I'd suggest doing some better training and making sure the person is confident before putting them on the floor.
You stand behind your haircuts…even the bad ones.
I like the staff the stylists. They all do quality work in my opinion. On Friday the stylist comped my entire haircut because the app gave me trouble with inaccurate info on the times. Honestly I can’t remember anyone cutting my hair ever doing this in my life. I was very impressed and would recommend the location I use to others for sure.
