The electronic tracking board was very useful in keeping me informed of the wait time for my appointment so that I did not need to arrive until shortly before my stylist was ready for me. Mel again gave me an excellent haircut which is why I try to schedule with her whenever possible.
Spry gave me a very good haircut and the MVP is always a nice finish!

Went in to work today was told it didnt look like she did a good job.
I get a 2 on sides and 3 on top and she was like not sure how im going to do that. Didnt powder my neck maybe because she thought i didnt want any product in my hair. I dont know. She combed my ears of the side of my head and hurt. No finesse at all.

The staff is super friendly and greeted with a smile. The heated towels for your face while they shampoo your hair is a nice touch. The stylist’s hair tools are clean and sharp providing you with a neat cut.

The technicians really know what they are doing, and they listen to the customers. The etchnicians are very courteous and helpful with meaningful suggestions.
