So... I was used as a model (without being asked) for a new barber that did not know how to cut hair... Upon completion I was told at the register that my cut was free because the barber was under training... I typically get a zero fade and scissor cut on top... The fade was okay, but he tried to use clippers on top and totally messed it up, it was multiple lengths, I went home and had to clipper the top down until it was all the same length.

I will recommend spot clips, but I did not enjoy my stylist the other day, she rushed and was fidgety very spastic and missed the details of my hair cut (its not a complicated style or hair type), not very attentive to what I was explaining or my history paper, I even tried explaining amd it was not understood apparently. Finally I just settled witg what was being done knowing that I would end up having to fix it myself at home. I will not sit with Patricia again, she doesn't understand how my hair was supposed to be cut, and is not very attentive and rushes the details, not very customer-sensative to how hospitality service industry is supposed to be soft and attentive. Someone more like Anajelia that is more gentle and attentive.

My barber was the best!!! She cut my hair exactly how I liked it and when she washed my hair, I could have stayed there a week! I can hardly wait to go back…just wish my hair grew faster! All good…they are the best!
Everyone is changing there and there is no consistency with the barbers or skills. I will probably find another shop for my next haircut for this reason
