Service is consistent from location to location. Facilities are clean and stylists are friendly. Kat at the Sarasota location was especially customer service focused and did an excellent job.

Quality of hair stylist’s have declined over past 6 months. Hair cut this week was worst I have ever had. Stylist was Danielle. I don’t think she has had any training. I won’t be back.
My son always gets a good haircut and the staff is friendly too!

I called for an appointment for a beard trim. I was put on the schedule for 3:15. I showed up at 3 and was informed I was not on the schedule. I was told system drops you after an hour of not showing up. I was 15 minutes early so it didn't make sense. Eventually got a text hour later saying I was close to getting seen. I drove up and got in and out. Had to cancel plans to come back inm
Not thrilled with the way the back of my head looks. I will be going back to get a quick fix. The look doesn't match what I described and I wasn't able to get a good look at it while I was in the store.
