Very professional and friendly.. I'm not your typical yoga person.. i've tried crossfit before and dealt with alot of sass and attitude just based on my appearance.. I'm glad that the staff was 100% professional and friendly.. the class was a great workout and the instructions were very thorough.. I'd recommend CorePower Yoga to anyone on any fitness level.

I like the different class levels from beginners to advanced. The class schedules are frequent and work well worth my schedule. All of the instructions are proffesdional, knowledgeable, helpful and very freindly! Love coming to yoga. Always feel so good after I'm done. Can't wait for Kailua Core Yoga to open!!!
