I like the instructors for the classes. Most are very upbeat and helpful. Always attentive and giving suggestions for adjustments. I like the foundation this CPY represents, every class starts similarly, reminding me its about growing myself from where I am, not about where anyone else is in the class.

For me, CorePower is very new, nice clean. The 2nd instructor, Alex, explain the moves in great detail, help center my mind, corrected my body when needed. His voice was loud and clear. I had a great experience.

There are a lot of classes offered during different times of the day. The classes using weights are joint-friendly. The exercises are challenging. I find that I am able to get more spinal mobility after doing these classes. (I can do my own adjustments)

I love the new location, it's much more convenient for me. I appreciate that the studio and shop are always clean and tidy. I'm always greeted very warmly when I arrive. The classes are amazing! I appreciate how each teacher has a different approach to the same class style -- it really mixes things up. I learn something new at each session.

I like a lot of the instructors whose classes I took from. I also really like that there are a variety of classes. Maybe the only thing that could be improved is if the instructors could help a little more with correcting people's poses. I know they do help a little bit maybe if they could help a little more.

Staff are so nice! They know my name and always say something positive to me when I leave the studio regarding my performance in class! You all are amazing and I am lucky to have you in my life!!
