I wanted to give a shout out to the individuals that I met at both the Ward and Kahala locations. I recently returned back to California (former kama'aina) where I discovered and fell in love w/ CPY (hence my visits to both locations while visiting). The instructors that I took at all classes were nothing short of awesome!! Mike (front desk) was also great, letting me know the ohana is alive and well not only in the islands, but at CPY! I event met a cool member Leah who helped me find the Ward studio since SO much has changed since my last visit in 2013 & I was in a flurry to get to the class. She just topped off the "zen" of my visits!

Your instructor Troy was fantastic. Throughout the class he helped correct form and encourage the participants in a way that was not intrusive into your practice. I also liked that the studio was clean and well designed. Great first class and Im looking forward to continuing!

Instructor Talaya was awesome. It was my first time with the free trial and I absolutely loved it. It was tough but yet I did not feel that I had to push myself over my limits to keep up.

I loved Troy's Sculpt class. It was my first yoga class ever & it kicked my butt. After class I felt energized & ready to take on the world. The next day I woke up to a really sore body, but the good kind of sore. Troy's playlist was amazing & also helped in pushing me to not give up.

Love the clean bathrooms and studios. Great instructors! Appreciate the optional savasana pose at the end where you can lie in savasana or sit up and meditate. As a Christian this allows me to respect others practice as well as my own.

Clean and fun

Everyone is friendly, from checking in to answering any questions I may have. The staff is very knowledgable and their communication skills are top notch. Although my experience has been through a trial offer, I absolutely loved it and feel comfortable in pursuing classes on a regular basis. THANK YOU!!!

Yoga instructors are amazing. They are highly skilled, patient, and most importantly, non-judgmental. They accept you as you are and motivate you to be better.

What's not to love? Great work out. You feel amazing after the workout. And the staff is great. If you don't do yoga, now's the time to start.
