Very professional and friendly.. I'm not your typical yoga person.. i've tried crossfit before and dealt with alot of sass and attitude just based on my appearance.. I'm glad that the staff was 100% professional and friendly.. the class was a great workout and the instructions were very thorough.. I'd recommend CorePower Yoga to anyone on any fitness level.

All of the instructions are proffesdional, knowledgeable, helpful and very freindly! Love coming to yoga. Always feel so good after I'm done. Can't wait for Kailua Core Yoga to open!!!

I love the Sculpt class and the convenience of the Ward location to my work. I get a great workout from some of the instructors.
I was visiting my daughter and was given a 7-day pass. It was a great opportunity to explore the world of yoga, which I have never done. I took the Body Sculpting/Yoga classes and one regular yoga class. I enjoyed each instructor, always having someone different. Each were very professional and motivating. Come to Boise, Idaho!
