The heat and continuity. Having some of the teachers who have stayed for years is also nice.
The CPY team is engaging and professional, and they have an obvious camaraderie that includes their members. Jake leads a phenomenal HPF, personalizing it to marry the structured format with his individuality. The studio is spotlessly clean.

Miranda’s class on Saturday mornings is my favorite class to take. It is challenging for all levels and it is unique from other instructors.
Jake was amazing, why doesn’t core power have a premium membership that includes towels and mat rental? I would pay extra for that.

The proximity to my residence
I was visiting from out of town but wanted a great work out, which I got in addition to above and beyond service from the staff, including a summary of what to expect, a mat and a towel. The workout itself was awesome and made me wish I lived in Dallas. I am so glad my daughter has such an awesome gym available to her and will definitely be dropping by next time I visit.
The class flowed well and was challenging but alternative poses allowed me to give my body options. Amazing instructor, music, and helpful staff.
