The Strength X experience has improved a ton! I love the lines in the studio for ease of setting up your mat and spot. The variety of weights has increased as well. Strength X are such solid classes. I wish they were marketed more and had more times, especially over lunch or later in the evenings. Peyton is awesome and I can’t wait to take more of her classes!

I love the community, the convenient class location and times, and the style of workouts along with the variety of different class options.

I have a few complaints that have prevented friends from switching from a competitor studio:

1. The lights are always on even though it's not necessary because the light from outside typically gives enough light to see. The bright lights are intimidating when you aren't quite comfortable with others seeing you learn and grow.

2. The lack of fans during the stretching and cool down. Other studios have heated classes, but they also have fans they flip on when the cool down and stretching begins to help lower the temperature in the room.

I love this studio and the instructors, everyone is amazing!

My one piece of feedback - it’s super distracting when people are using their phones during class in the studio and seems like it’s happening a lot recently. Texting, taking selfies, recording. It’s disrespectful to the teachers and is disruptive to everyone around. If anything, get up and text outside and come back in. And also I don’t want to be in the back of your TikTok video - I came to class to disconnect from social media, not be part of yours.

Great class enjoyed the recovery session. Instructor was rlly good too.

I recommend CorePower to everyone! Love the community. I am an avid Yoga Sculpt attender and I love that I never feel like I am less than because I was newer to yoga than some people in it. Instructors are all so fun too!

Some instructor's in the hpf classes cool the room down to early in class. Ie open and closing the door letting heat out

I love the style of the work out. I love how hard it is and Challenging for my body! The music is super upbeat and the instructors are nice, You get so sweaty and it feels so productive!

I love going to Rachel's sculpt classes! She always has great music and a great class sequence.

Ashleigh was amazing! The music and intensity was perfect and I felt great after.
