The staff at Henderson, where I generally practice, are always courteous and helpful and knowledgeable in the workouts that they provide.
Coming from an exercise regime that was far higher impact, I have found the free flow of yoga sculpt to be much more suitable for me.

Amazing and challenging class!
I want to help you guys with Social Media! Love the energy and positivity y'all bring to the studio. I did my free week and went 6 out of 7 days. Then went to a 3 day football camp in the sun and it was almost as hot as the yoga studio. I was ready!

Melinda H. was amazing! I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 15 years and she is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had the pleasure of taking. Her presence, sequencing, pacing, music, adjustments… all excellent!!! I will be back for sure!
The instructor was wonderful. Class was challenging and fun. The studio was clean and warm.
I like the various classes-- specifically HPF and Sculpt. I hope to join the other classes as I gain more experience. The only thing I have a problem with would be the different heat levels. I was told that Sculpt classes are usually set at around 98 degrees and HPF at around 105. I like the heat, but sometimes it gets so unbearably hot that I feel like I'm going to throw up. I don't understand the purpose of making it SO hot. Just my two cents...

I enjoy CorePower yoga, because it offers a variety of workouts with weights, stretching, and balance. It offers everything I need for a complete workout.
Molly was great! I really enjoyed the flow of the class and her enthusiasm during the class! Can’t wait to go back.
The instructor was amazing, calm, and was great at explaining the movements. I liked that she used the healing sounds towards the end of the session, and that she did not incorporate a bunch of moves that require you to twist your knee.
