The instructor was wonderful. Class was challenging and fun. The studio was clean and warm.

I like the various classes-- specifically HPF and Sculpt. I hope to join the other classes as I gain more experience. The only thing I have a problem with would be the different heat levels. I was told that Sculpt classes are usually set at around 98 degrees and HPF at around 105. I like the heat, but sometimes it gets so unbearably hot that I feel like I'm going to throw up. I don't understand the purpose of making it SO hot. Just my two cents...

I enjoy CorePower yoga, because it offers a variety of workouts with weights, stretching, and balance. It offers everything I need for a complete workout.

Molly was great! I really enjoyed the flow of the class and her enthusiasm during the class! Can’t wait to go back.

The instructor was amazing, calm, and was great at explaining the movements. I liked that she used the healing sounds towards the end of the session, and that she did not incorporate a bunch of moves that require you to twist your knee.
