Classes are great! Tiffany YS has the best classes.

Friendly teachers and front desk team!

The smaller class size makes the practice more hands on, and I'm able to ask for help if I need it. The teachers also do a great job of walking us through any balances or more difficult postures.

We loved your instructors for both classes we took. Particularly Natasha was very detailed and hands-on, and made great demonstrations for correct form on postures. The class was a good workout, educational and fun.

I love the Hot Power Fusion class - it is very easy to follow along with the sequence but also makes me push myself to hold the poses and stretch when I need to. Loved it!!

The instructor was fabulous! She made me feel comfortable and was explanatory in her directions. I was confident in her knowledge.

The room was a little too warm for being the next class after a hot yoga class, it was still a little much for me.
