Love this studio and staff!!!

I'm enjoying my time with CPY so far. I wish there was more diversity, but I think the location may have something to do with it.

I enjoy hot power fusion. I like the instructors. Some are too quiet that I can't hear them. I don't like that there is not a number in the studio to call should you need to talk to someone. I actually emailed the corporate office to change my email and they never did.

Every time I attend class I leave feeling better. More centered, more focused and overall in a better place

Sauganash is the best! I love Autumn, Krissi, Amera, Marissa, Mike B, Christine and Crystal so far.

I like HPF. The instructors are great. There’s a lot of class times, even on holidays. And the community is nice too.

This specific location was very clean and welcoming and several people of color worked there making it a more comfortable environment for my friend and I. Yoga has been taken over by thin white women and has turned into a club of sorts. Other CP locations that are run by white people are not as welcoming and I’ve been greeted with attitude, eye rolls and that is why I am more than happy to make time to come to Sauganash.

Amera is an excellent teacher. I also love Krisi’s class. Your Facility is clean and you guys have a great selection of clothes with good sales! Thank you for everything!!

Core Power is an amazing studio, with a beautiful variety of classes. I am 3 classes into my new membership & every class I have taken I have loved!

Great instructors and great selection of classes

Great instructors and consistent routines help me develop strength and focus. I like to shower after class and I appreciate the clean and fully stocked locker rooms.

Yesterday was my first day back in years. Candice blew me away on how kind, caring, fun, and AMAZING she was in sculpt yoga. Entering back into sculpt yoga, I wanted something tough, a class that will kick my butt into shape! And she did exactly that in the most fun way possible. I highly recommend Candice’s sculpt classes!

Sauganash is the most diverse studio in the Chicago area! So great!!

I came in with my 2 daughters and we each bought a 10 pack. The staff was friendly and helpful! Then our sculpt class was awesome! We will all be back!

I love core power yoga studios. Clean, professional and always supportive and fun. Yoga is a practice and I always feel encouraged and safe when I am in the studio.

The have late classes that are great since I work during the day and with traffic and commute, it easier to get to the late class.

The room was nice and hot for my HPF class and Courtney led a great session

I like the studio and the instructors for the classes I attend. Traditionally the heat has been very good, recently it seems like it is slightly less than usual. Bumping up the heat would be great and also bringing back the 75 min HPF classes are my biggest asks.

I love yoga sculpt because it’s a challenging workout, I feel like I’ve done something good for my body. I also like the c1 classes: they’re easy to folo and work at/up to my level, in a nice warm room.
