Sauganash has become “my place.” You are always greeted with friendly real personalities and never feel judged. Every instructor is awesome!! I stick to the sculpt class out of personal need and I feel like I get what I pay for. I get my butt kicked every time, as I want it to. You get out what you put in. It’s a real thing. I have been taking this class for 6 months and have had many positive physical and emotional changes. I truly love this place. Can’t say enough good things.

It was a decent class but I love this studio. I used to clean here and it’s honestly my favorite CP location in the city

Love the classes, teachers and community!
But would love to see a 6:30 am or 7:00 am class two times a week. I live 5 minutes from sauganash but often go to Lincoln square or old orchard for classes that better fit my schedule. Would also love to see more workshops like Park Ridge does. Have gone to a few there and they have improved my practice greatly by focusing on specific things like inversions.

Please don't post this but just a blanket opinion for ALL studios. Can we enforce the no shoes past cubby/foyer area? The salt hurts bare feet in the winter and would rather not see outside shoes in the locker room cubbies (wet snow stains included). Would also like a consistent temperature for the classes throughout class, and not a tapered temperature halfway through class (studio door ventilation and temporary cool down is okay). Thanks for the great job you do!

Autumn is an outstanding instructor.
The class was great! I just found out that I'm pregnant, so I can't do yoga in a higher heat environment (even 85-degrees is too much!), which is a bummer. But I definitely intend to come back after the baby is born to get back in shape.
I really love the class! It was sometimes hard to hear instructions over the music in Vi's class but other than that it was phenomenal!
I love the friendliness of the instructors. Autum has always a smile, and Chrissy smiling on a Sunday morning. Although Autum does not regularly teach 75 minutes of HPF, she lets the class flow with easy and power. It would be nice to have a 75 minute class during the week.
