Upbeat instructor (at 5:45 am) and a challenging class without being unachievable. Studio was clean and spacious for social distancing. Parking is available too.

The instructors are very nice. They take time to help you and give you modifications for poses that you might be unable to do. They also allow you to go at your own pace. Love this place

Brain did a fantastic job keeping the energy up and challenging me while some how making it fun. The room is a nice size and the lobby has a nice feel and energy about it.

The instructors motivate me during sculpt, which is my favorite class. HPF is very enjoyable too as it helps me with my balance. I have a long way to go with my balance, but practice makes perfect.

The music, the community, and instructors who motivate us and push us to our limit. :)

Great flow!

The staff is fantastic and always checking in with everyone. It feels like instead of sticking to strict routines the instructors are adjusting based on feedback from class participants so it feels more personal and based on yogi needs in the moment. So happy to be back :)
