Teacher Marissa was terrific! Classroom temp could have been a bit warmer, but maybe that was the temperature is was supposed to be,,,and, I tend to like rooms on the warmer side, so that just might be my personal bias.
The teachers are always very positive and engaged. I also personally like the standardized class formats and that they are 60 minutes as opposed to 90.

Every class is different. If you go a lot, you know what to expect, but it’s never the same experience . And they always remind us to be kind to ourselves. In a world full of strident noises, it’s nice to find some quiet and breathe.

The staff, the studio is always clean and people have been very kind.
I take the Monday and Wednesday 7:15pm class because the time is convenient after work and the instructor is very pleasant, encouraging and helpful with the students learning or just practicing the yoga. I come from out of the neighborhood because there are no classes near me that offer the same experience at the same time.

CorePower in general but ESPECIALLY Sauganash is super inclusive and everyone is made to feel so welcome. I am still a beginner, but have never felt left out or like I wasn't good enough at yoga to take part in the classes. Big shout outs to Autumn, Darcie, and Carmen for all of their encouragement!!
