Dr. E. was very efficient, explained the finding of the x rays before I got the injection on my right thumb and left elbow. Dr. E. prescribed medication for the inflammation. I was given a sheet with exercises to get better

My first experience at JOI with Dr Graham and his staff was outstanding! The checkin was smooth and everyone was professional and courteous. JOI is almost always efficient. My visit w/ Dr. Stephen Crenshaw went extremely well. He was straightforward, thorough, and genuinely interested in me as his patient. No A-I, no computer keys being typed. I left his office feeling well-informed, fully educated about my condition, and ultimately relieved. Thank you.
