I tripped and fell on Saturday and I called on Monday to get an appointment to see a orthopedic doctor on Monday morning and they got me in that afternoon for a re-evaluation from the ER. Dr. Taylor and his staff were so professional and kind! I already have an in-home referral for physical therapy and a recovery plan! I feel so much better knowing that I am in the hands of the Institute's orthopedic doctors! I think I will have a speedy recovery for my fractured knee! Thanks JOI!

My appointment was at 1:50. I was taken to the exam room at 1:48. Immediately, I was taken to x-rays and when i returned to the exam room, the doctor was ready for me. The doctor gave me common sense advice for my issue and i left the office at 2:00. This was the most outstanding appointment I have ever had.

Facility looks like it has everything to treat your medical treatment. The front personnel are super efficient, professional and when front desk personnel came out to me to obtain information instead of me standing and speaking through plexiglass, I felt like I got concierge service. Found Dr. Taylor to be able listen and pinpoint more accurately what areas are effecting my condition and set into motion obtaining care to be treated with colleague at Jacksonville branch. Looking forward to overcoming this condition and enjoying athletic activities.
