I have been receiving orthopedic care from JOI for over 10 years. During that time, I have been under the care of several doctors, all of whom I highly recommend. The staff/associates at JOI are very professional, yet very caring. In receiving physical and occupational therapy, I have always received the best of care, from very professional therapists. Scheduling has always been handled quickly and conveniently. Now, JOI also has an imaging center, which makes it even more convenient - no long wait at the hospital!

JOI provides attentive care, and those of us living with chronic pain want the best treatment available. At times there may be a wait, and at other times they are able to fit patients in sooner — none of us enjoy waiting, but it is part of the process.
I have a right knee that requires replacement and osteoarthritis in both legs. I have also experienced several major DVTs, PEs in both lungs, and an SVT in my right thigh. I continue to have a chronic non‑occlusive DVT in my right leg extending from the pubic bone to behind the knee, with blood flow maintained through the open channel. The pain in my legs is present every morning
. Even so, I have not given up. I remain here and moving forward thanks to William G. Pujadas, MD, JOI, JOI Physical Therapy, and the dedicated staff who support my care. I am grateful to all of them. — E.H.J.

My doctors have listened to me. They are competent and answer questions. All of the staff have been respectful, helpful, and user friendly.
From the minute I walked in the office, I sat down for 5 minutes, was called back to my exam room, was met with a nurse, Dr. Graham came in and explained my options for the " trigger thumb" issue, gave me the shot and I was out of the office in 20 minutes. Everyone was courteous, prompt, professional and friendly. I would recommend to anyone needing orthopedic care. Thumbs up and 5 star from this patient!!
