The receptionists are always friendly. The nurses who take you back are always kind and explain anything if you ever have questions especially if you are needing to have surgery.
The doctors explain exactly what is wrong with you and give you the different options available to you. They never just jump to you having surgery when treating the injury can be done another way first and if that doesn't work then surgery is your only option.

I always like to come there because they’re very efficient but this time I had to wait an hour to get into the room and then I had to wait another 20 minutes. I was really kind of disgusted but otherwise I’ll give them a good score.
