Waiting area was light and open, wait time was minimal, staff was pleasant and very professional. Dr Solis is such a delightful, caring, and truly gifted physician and I am so happy to have him as my doctor. His xray staff were friendly and superb at directions and what to expect. I was especially glad that they were able to do my xrays and get the results to my doctor, and he was able to treat my problem and had the brace that I needed, all in one appt. I was in and out of there in 1.5 he. I give the full 10 stars!! Well deserved!!

The staff was very personable and efficient. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Kaplan answered my questions and also was very personable.
It was my first visit but I felt the staff was attentive and professional. My appointment was on time. I like my Dr, I felt he listened to my compliments and was addressing the issue.
The doctor was straight to the point with options for our Dad.
Both the nurse and doctor were moving faster than I would have liked. Dad is feeling better so we will take that, but would like more time with nurse and doctor at next visit.
