I was greeted in a friendly manner and was with my Doctor at the appointed time. I found my Doctor to be professional, knowledgeble and responsive to my questions. The PA, Michael was also professional and responsive to my questions. The nursing staff and X ray technicians were efficient and friendly.

The only suggestion I would like to see is if the doctors are running behind someone, please make an announcement so that patients can make a decision whether they want to wait or reschedule their appointment.

Everyone was extremely courteous and prompt. The PA listened to my concerns and offered options for treatment in addition to information and education before my appointment was over. I also appreciate being able to get all needed procedures and services on one location.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. From scheduling to check in was very pleasant. My PA was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well and took time to explain answer all my questions. We made my care plan together and she was interested in all my concerns. Overall it was a good experience and I was very pleased.

Like did not push invasive procedures
The only problem that I had was that it was not made clear that my appointment was at Baptist South and not San Marco (where i normally go). I went to San Marco and then was told I was in the wrong office.

Service was without a long wait and just what I needed.
First, I must say that I was late to my appointment due to gettimg lost. They were kind enough to still see me with this being my first visit. Dr. Solis and all the staff were very friendly, helpful, and understanding. Dr. Solis was very thorough with looking over my records and offered a few options to see if my pain improves. I would tell my friends and family to go to JOI for an evaluation and treatment.
