Dr. Crenshaw and his kind, competent, and skillful team! Computers went down that afternoon for about 40 mins. with a tidal wave of ortho patients who could not stand in the line, Receptionist grabbed a clipboard and came into waiting room, wrote our names, physician, and we were able to be seated.
Once back up, it was all hands on deck we were rapidly dispatched to our appts. Bonus-worthy!!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The Dr. Was very attentive and answered all questions and was right to the point with his recommendation. The rest of the staff were very helpful and went over the procedure the Dr. Had them set me for. I knew exactly what I needed to do before the procedure and after which made me comfortable with all of them and the recommendation.
