I was able to make an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. I was pleased about the waiting time in the office lobby as well as wait time in the room to see the doctor.

Everyone was extremely nice- the front desk people, the X-ray technician, the nurse practitioner, and the doctor. They were very thorough in explaining things, and I left feeling like all possible angles had been explored and explained. Just very genuinely kind people!

Comprehensive , timely , knowledgeable physicians
I am very pleased with Dr. Keller. He is very straightforward and tells you what is wrong and how it can be repaired. I like this about him. He is very humble and understanding. I never felt the "God complex" that many surgeons have I will definitely be back to see him. The staff was efficient, kind, and personable.

The staff were courteous and professional. The facilities were very clean. My doctor was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and developed a plan for my care. He setup a return appointment for me so we can discern if the first steps of our plan worked. I highly recommend JOI and my physician Dr. Solis.
