i've been a life long patien of JOI under Dr. Lancaster. His work is still for the most part holding up. Also I like the fact that Dr. Whitaker explained everything clearly. He also made sure it was my choice and did not try to sales pitch me and/or push any other services on me. One negative thing is there is a very nasty aid over in the P.T. office that someone needs to talk with. I will be very sure not to request there services. The main office P.T. or equipment aid took me over to give me some assistance and this lady was very nasty and embarrassing and negative towards him trying to help me. Thanks
