...other than the issues of signing in/registration bet 7-9. Dr Freeman very devoted and listened/responded...his assistant warm smile...the nurse getting the info was on the mark
However, after the sign in process and the attendance process my deductible the desk clerk now says. "Well we don't have a referral from your primary doctor and you're going to have to reschedule...we've contacted them but no reply.' I now move to the back...make a call to primary doctor and was told they just received the request on Friday ...I explained I'll have to reschedule appointment approx weeks....see David give me 20 minutes.
I return to registration/sign and relayed the message from my primary doctor... the attendant the attendant Zhen hesitate and was giving all types of readon with the final stating , "I Need To SIGN A PAPER STATING I'M RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE BILL IF SHE DID NOT RECEIVE THE REFERRAL!" MY RESPONSE, "I DON'T CARE GIVE ME THE PAPER. SOMEONE WILL DEFINITELY BE RESPONSIBLE !"

Dr. Freeman and his team were upbeat, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Freeman listened to my concerns regarding the pros and cons regarding the possibility of an upcoming knee replacement and provided honest and clear feedback. The appointment was not rushed and he was receptive to talking to my husband on the phone. It was a wonderful experience.
