The ease of checking in, the knowledge and friendliness of the staff, and Dr. Tandron’s bedside manners are awesome!!! Everyone that I came in contact with showed real empathy for my situation and wanted to help get me relief. I’d recommend JOI to anyone and I’ll certainly come back to them for future orthopedic needs, they are the best!!!

Alisha in schedules went beyond to help correct my primary doctor’s referral that wasn’t getting through the system. I was falling through the crack with no progress for a month until she stepped in and helped the primary’s referral person get it corrected. The ladies at check- in and nurses are friendly and helpful as well. Dr. Smith was very professional and knowledgeable and I am grateful to be under his care for a needed procedure. Very pleased with this office and their care.
