Dr R David Graham and all the staff at J.O.I. were fantastic. From Check-in to the check out desk all were truly amazing. When you are ill and not knowing what to expect what your body will do a professional is the best cure. Dr R David Graham answered all my questions gave great advice on my healing progress was to the better and not going south. I just had to know what what to expect next with my hand injury and he put all doubts to rest. Once again an exceptional staff all around.
I was taken in to see the doctor in a timely manner. The technician who took my x-rays was very professional and very helpful in assisting me in getting into the positions and helping me up due to the consistent pain that I have with my arthritis. Dr. Frykberg explained exactly what the issue was and what the surgery was going to encompass.

Prior to appointment I called to report my email with online sign in for medical records had not arrived; email corrected and received online form that day.(Saved time in office.) At appointment reception and front desk friendly and helpful. All medical type personnel explained steps to begin interview with surgeon: x-rays, vital signs, etc. At first interview, surgeon gave me a preliminary movement test of arm/shoulder area that was my chief complaint. After that he discussed his initial diagnosis, three options of treatments, and set an immediate goal of pain relief: PT and steroid injection. He also gave me a three and six months plan that seemed very reasonable to me and I am willing to follow. I was encouraged to report any pain increases
immediately. Initial treatment by surgeon has been very successful. Surgeon is very approachable and clear with explanations.
