The staff if friendly and informative and Dr Smith is engaging and explains options and procedures and he did not push immediately for surgery.
All went very well -- with one exception. When I initially scheduled my appointment, it was not made clear to me that I would need to provide X-rays, reports, etc. from my ER visit. It never crossed my mind that I would have to provide these documents with all of the "Portals," On-line Charts, etc. -- I assumed that JOI would have easy access to these documents/reports. Baptist Hospital ER was able to get the needed materials to JOI literally minutes before I was seen by the physician. My visit with Dr. Keller was excellent.
The orthopedic staff was superb, only place I would go to for any orthopedic condition.

The individuals working there are professional, respectful, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Perry and his PA, Zachary White have been very timelly in responding to my medical needs. They have fit me into their very busy schedules on a number of occasions with my urgent needs. They have presented treatment plan options involving me in the decision process. I really can not speak highlly enough of the care and treatment they have provided to me. I am very grateful.

Excellent PA who works you into hs schedule. Better than any other Orthopedic group because they see emergencies/accidents. Brillant PA knows his anatomy - has helped me three times. Would not go anywhere else.
