I appreciated the professionalism of the office staff and Dr. Steinberg. They made my issue seem not only important to me but, to them as well. The kindness of my Doctor was appreciated and he provided me with a thorough explanation of why my hand was functioning the way it was and what I might see it do in the future. He also gave me options of how to treat the problem going forward.
