Really loved Dr. Hastings. He diagnosed the issue with my hip in about 2 seconds, explained what was going on and gave me an option of getting an injection in my hip. Very painless procedure. Already feels much improved! Sleeping on my side again and no more pain. His office team was very welcoming, polite and caring. And there was no long wait in the reception room. I was in and out in probably 15-20 minutes tops; with the injection. I would highly recommend this practice!
I like my doctor very much. Did have trouble with a referral. Took 2 months, 14 phone calls, one to your referral team that never called me back and 3 patient portal emails before anyone actually called me back. So, JOI kind of sucks. I would refer anyone to my doctor though.

The office respected my time and every aspect of the appointment was timely and with minimal wait time between diagnosis to X-ray to seeing Dr. Tandron for treatment.
