Dr. Kitty and his staff are fabulous. Put me at ease immediately. Everyone introduced themselves to make sure you knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. I wish I could remember everyone’s name. But, as a nurse for 50+ years of experience, you know I have a critical, I for caregivers. Dr. Kitay met every expectation I would have. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. Erin, applied the splint and give me excellent discharge instructions as well as her direct phone number. Should I have any issues. Highly recommend JOI, and this office!
Everything, the medical staff are very professional anf meet you with a smile, so does the doctor. He is so down to earth . It is like you have known him your whole life. My husband and I both go to hime and feel the same way. He knows exactly where to put the shots and they last along time. His staff tries to work you in if you are hurting . We are blessed to have Dr. McGinley and his staff.
