The staff was awesome , but your check-in process needs work. When you E-mail someone the portal they should be able to add the info so they aren’t held up with the iPad , Also the iPad should’ve had a stylist to help with the input…And should be wiped down between uses…
Although the line was extremely long. The staff was quick and professional in checking me in. The waiting area was clean and inviting. Dr. Crenshaw has excellent bedside manner and genuinely cared to discuss all of my options.
