Dr. Keller immediately knew what my issue was after looking at my x-ray and when I asked a specific question he didn't hesitate or dance around the subject. I appreciated his candor. He was very respectful and honest, offered several options of care and service and made me feel that I can count on JOI for future care if needed.
The customer service was great fron the x ray tech to the gentleman who took my info before Dr Madden came in the drive was a bit much but it was well worth it I pray that my wrist will feel better from here on out if not I will definitely revisit

Not a long wait for an appointment;
Had to get shot in knee. This should be very painful. Dr. McGuinley is so good in his process, I never even feel the needle go in at all. He explains the process in depth and what to expect next. He is prompt in his attending to patients and very friendly and attentive.
Dr. Timothy Hastings and team were attentive to my concerns…also an efficiently run practice.
Dr CARRASQUILLO was easy to talk to and explained everything. He even demonstrated the exercises that I needed for my foot problems. The medical assistant was knowledgeable and also very helpful. Both took the time to make sure I understood. I am certain I will get better under his care.
