The PA and doctor were very thorough in their examinations. They showed the X-rays and the MRI, and explained what was being shown, as well as how that defined my condition. They provided a diagnosis that was different from the previous doctors, which explained why the other treatments didn't work. They were very personable and really seemed to care.
The facility was nice, everyone was professional and friendly.
