They were on time both through sign in as well as being called back for the Dr. Very effective time management, seeing the aids/assistants, getting ex-rays and seeing the Dr. Every one seemed to be in a good mood. When asked if they liked working for JOI, they all liked working there. The referral for a knee brace was effortless. Went down stairs and shortly I was fitted. The brace is making life better. The referral for a MRI was error free and all went well.
