Everyone is always friendly, I was in and out fairly quickly and was able to see the doctor within 5 to 10 minutes after check-in.
All of the staff are friendly efficient, and professional. Dr. Kaplan is the best. He takes the time to listen and explains all options. One of the best doctors I have ever had and the best surgeon undoubtably. That is saying a lot because I have seen many doctors over the past 60+ years and unfortunately many surgeons.
