Dr. Kitty and his staff are fabulous. Put me at ease immediately. Everyone introduced themselves to make sure you knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. I wish I could remember everyone’s name. But, as a nurse for 50+ years of experience, you know I have a critical, I for caregivers. Dr. Kitay met every expectation I would have. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. Erin, applied the splint and give me excellent discharge instructions as well as her direct phone number. Should I have any issues. Highly recommend JOI, and this office!
Doctor Keller is great
Efficient check in. All the folks I had contact with were very good. Dr Doward and his PA analyzed my situation and recommended conservative treatment.
Competent and friendly staff. Dr. Mcginley and his staff knew immediately how to relieve my extreme hip pain. A few pain free shots and I was out the door and on my way home. My hip started feeling better within 30 mins (without pain meds he prescribed me) and two hours later I was walking around pain free. Really an amazing result! Looking at the x-rays and severe pain I was is I was absolutely convinced I needed a hip replacement. Dr. Mcginley knows what he is doing and his affable personality made my entire experience with him and his team actually fun!

Love Dr. Frykberg and his team!! My only issue
Is that I got there in plenty of time for my appt. However, I had to wait an extra 20+ mins or so because they had to verify my insurance. The appt was booked over a month out and they had my insurance information. This is unacceptable. Not only are you holding me up, but you are backing up the doctor’s clinic as well for the rest of the day. Please change your practice with this.
