Dr. Ketay was very personable as were the office staff. I felt heard which seems to be lacking in other physicians I have seen. For orthopedic needs I go to JOI. They are competent and efficient.

The doctors and medical team is amazing. The office team meeds a little help with the verbiage, explaining Did the patient. They also need to know how to read her chart so when you do tell them that you’ve been there for something, they know how to look further back in the chart instead of trying to tell you the patient is incorrect. Other than that It’s an amazing practice to go to, especially with the doctor that we see
