The front office staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Tim Hastings is professional, experienced, kind, detailed, and listens to his patients. The entire office is dedicated to helping you get better.
Dr Pujadas and his PA , Doug, are the best. They actually listen to their patients Dr P replaced a faulty knee replacement causing buckling and pain. The original surgeon ignored me and said I was one of the 2% that don't do well with knee replacements.
The facilities are well-equipped and conveniently located. Staff is always pleasant, professional, and helpful. Physicians take time and care with us.

I mostly like Dr Carl Freeman, but sometimes he rushes through our appointment as he did today 12/27/24. He was heading for the door while I was still trying to talk to him. Also, when I called a few days later to ask questions about the injection he gave me in both hips I had to leave a message with his assistant (who ???) and never got a call back.
