Chrisa in the office spoke with me prior to the appointment and explained in detail how things would happen, which made the process less daunting, and we knew what to expect. Then the day of the inspection came. The inspectors were knowledgeable, nice, thorough, and didn't make us feel rushed. We felt supported as first time homebuyers which is very important. The process can be scary but James and Bobby from North American, made the inspection part much less scary. You hear horror stories about home inspectors, but there was no horror at all. Great job North American Home Services, way to provide informative and holistic service for home inspections!
