WE utilized your services for a home inspection to sell our home and one done on another that we were interested in buying. This gives peace of mind in both situations and now we have a report ready for buyers of our home. We decided not to go through with the purchase of another home because of the findings on the report done there.

He walked through the property via FaceTime. He explained everything and was throughou. I had worked for a developer I could tell Manny knew his craft and actually liked his job. He was so informative that he helped me make the best decision on purchasing or not. The cost was a bit steep $600. but alot more money would of been spent if I bought a dump.

Very personable and thorough. Documentation provided clearly stated issues with the house, how to fix them, and about how much it would cost. This may be standard practice to provide this documentation, but coupled with Mannys easy going attitude it felt like there was a great support system in place for me with this company.
Mannys knowledgeable service provided me with peace of mind in my first home buying journey.
