Matt singer is very professional and thorough inspector. The sellers had a clear report coming into the purchase of the home and Matt Singer found a lot more wrong with the house that was not found by other company. This is the second time I have had Matt inspect a home for me and am very impressed. Also Daniel did a great job as well..very friendly, and took the time to go over findings with me early because I had to get back to work. The repairs that were done are great as well. I can’t even tell The walls were opened up for further inspections. All in all North American is a great company and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a termite company.

Even after the inspection, while shopping for property insurance, the agent asked questions for which I didn't the answers. When I sent those question to James he provided answers almost instantly and shared pictures that were on the report.
