I’m a landlord at 6516 Thomas Dr. I’ve been real estate agent for more than 30 years. I thought the report to be very thorough, photos were a good quality. It is well worth what I paid.
My one regret is that I was able to talk to the pest control. Inspector was on site, but I was unable to talk to the whole-house, inspector Daniel, even though I left my number with him if he had any questions, to call me. He couldn’t find the location of the sewer clean out. I could’ve easily told him where it is, and I would’ve liked to at least had inspection, but that probably wasn’t part of the scope of the inspection,
anyway. It was an excellent report.
