Maddy was my instructor on Sunday - and was PHENOMENAL. I cannot praise her Sunday morning classes enough! Her energy is spot on and she connects very well with everyone in the class. I love the music chosen and her warm up/cool down parts of the class as well. She is able to gauge a vibe from the class right off the bat and I've found this is an extremely valuable skill in an instructor. You know I'll be back!:)

Studio's are large and clean (or as clean as they can be). Teachers are great for the most part. Convenient location. Locker rooms are okay ... would be nice to have free locks to borrow for the day.
Honestly - London has built such an incredible community. It’s a treat to go to class here.
